How are your prices so low?
We work directly with brands and their authorized distributors, secure limited‑time buys, and streamline packaging and logistics. The result: significant savings we pass on to you—without compromising authenticity.
Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. Every item is new, unopened, and authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. We do not sell returns, used items, or gray‑market goods.
Why do some products have different prices at different times?
Pricing reflects the terms of each drop (think: overstock, seasonal packaging, or special purchase orders). When we get a sharper price, we pass it along - sometimes for a limited time.
The packaging looks slightly different than I’ve seen before - why?
Brands update packaging, run limited editions, and sell global variations. We’ll always note any major differences on the product page. Regardless of the look, your item is authentic and fresh.

Returns, Replacements & Issues
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. Because we secure limited‑run inventory directly from brands—and many items are hygienic/personal care—we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Order issue?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review, we’ll issue store credit for the affected item(s). If the identical item is still in stock, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
How is store credit issued?
Store credit is issued as a Nura digital gift card redeemable on future purchases.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. During big drops, it can take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as each package ships.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
To get your items to you faster, we ship from a network of regional fulfillment centers and brand partners. If your cart includes products stocked in different locations, they’ll ship separately with their own tracking - at no extra cost to you.
How do I track my order?
Check your confirmation email for tracking links. If your order shipped in multiple boxes, each email includes its own tracker.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move fast. If you need to edit or cancel, contact us asap via the Help link. We’ll do our best, but once an order begins processing, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Most items can be delivered to PO and APO/FPO addresses. Certain carriers or product types (e.g., aerosols) may have restrictions; the checkout page will show your available options.
Product Information & Safety
Do you sell expired products?
No. We monitor lot and batch codes with our partners and do not ship expired items. If you ever have a concern, contact us with your batch code and we’ll verify it.
What’s the shelf life?
Unopened products typically have 12–36 months from manufacture (varies by formula). After opening, look for the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the box (e.g., “12M”). Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sun.
Are products safe for sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is unique. We list full ingredients and usage notes on each product page. When trying something new, we recommend a patch test and following the brand’s directions.
Are your products cruelty‑free or vegan?
Many are. Look for badges on the product page and filters in category pages. If you’re unsure, our Care Team can confirm details for you.
Do you sell samples or minis?
When available, we offer minis or discovery sizes—watch the New Arrivals section for weekly drops.

Can you notify me when something is back in stock?
Yes - If a product is out of stock and we are anticipating more inventory, you can use the “Email me when available” button on the product page.
Can you carry a specific brand or product?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and popular digital wallets. Available options appear at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry‑standard encryption and never store full payment details on our servers.
