When do my points show up?

Daily points post immediately; purchase points post after your order ships. Referral points post when your friend completes their first order.

Do points expire?

Points stay active as long as you earn or redeem at least once every 12 months. Inactive accounts for 12+ months may forfeit points.

Can I combine rewards with other promos?

Some rewards can be combined; others can’t. The checkout page will show what’s eligible.

Are all products eligible for points and redemption?

Most are, but a few limited drops and bundles may be excluded or have special rates.

What happens if I cancel or there’s an issue with my order?

If an order is cancelled or refunded, associated points are removed. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days—eligible resolutions are issued as store credit per our policy.
